As an artist myself I always respect others work but I must say I always thought stringing beads was easy. In some cases I still find that stringing can be easy. My parent's friend wanted me to make her an anklet. I told my parents you know what that just isn't my thing. After a little nudging I decided to give it a whirl again. Below are my two creations.

I know what you mean about stringing and yet there is an art to it as well. I think your creations came out beautifully and I love the Amber Canyon - fabulous beads!!
I think they both came out great! Personally, I think that stringing is "deceptively" easy. Yes, it's easy to physically string beads on cord, but choosing the right beads, in the right combination, is where the art comes in...or goes out in my case :-)
